Diploma from the Ministry of Education and Science for the profession "Broker" since 2017.

Certificate in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science and National agency for vocational education and training /NAPOO/ at the Center for Professional Training of NSNI for successfully passing exams in theory and practice for the profession "Broker", specialty "Real Estate" since 2017.

My Philosophy Instead of Vision

All clients I have worked with have had the same goal - to sell, buy, rent, or lease a property. However, one thing is different. Each of them has different reasons for needing to sell, buy, rent, or lease. Therefore, my philosophy is to understand exactly what the client needs so that I can provide them with maximum information, enabling them to make the right decision for themselves. Of course, the client has the right to choose the broker they want to work with and represent them.

It is normal when using a broker's service to ask yourself, "What do I gain?", "Why should I choose this agency and broker?". Because the broker you choose should save you time and money. In my opinion, my clients want care, they want information, and they want to achieve their goals through my services. So much so that they remain satisfied and recommend me. A very important rule is that the broker you choose should first focus on doing a quality job for which you hired them, rather than focusing on how much money they will make. This is how you can tell if the broker you hire has long-term intentions to stay in the real estate market.
